Job Description
- Responsible in making daily outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Responsible for accurate generation of day to day invoices and official receipts of the company.
- Monitor aging of receivables and investigate past due accounts.
- Recognize and communicate and resolve potential threats or delays that might affect the collections rate of the company.
- Minimize the amount of overdue accounts by ensuring timely escalation and proper documentation has been made.
- Provide accurate and timely collection (including Ad- hoc) reports needed by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- College/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent
- 1-2 Years Experience in Collections/Billing
- Team-player
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail make accurate and informative notes for client records and follow proper company procedures for debt collection
- Able to multitask
- Responsible for monitoring of client accounts
- Responsible for administrative and clerical work for billing
- Able to do field work as deemed necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- With pleasing personality
