Job Description
- Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to drive growth metrics for company.
- Spearhead communication strategies within said campaigns to manage customer expectations and build continued credibility for AutoDeal and associated brands.
- analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports for company ownership.
- Attend management committee meetings and liaise with other department heads.
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Manage budgets and a team of junior assistants.
- Organize events such as exhibitions, events and press conferences.
- Develop a B2B trade communication and engagement strategy for clients of the company (namely car dealers and sales agents).
- Meet with clients and work with colleagues across multiple departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ Years Experience in marketing or brand management roles.
- +1-2 Years experience in a supervisory position in said roles.
- Experience in automotive, ecommerce or retail industries.
- High level analytical skills; experience with digital analytical software including (but not limited to) Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to understand ongoing consumer trends.
- Proven creative capabilities; citing references to brand or marketing campaigns that they have previously led or participated on.
- Time and project management skills; including the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset.
- Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
