Job Description
Job Purpose:
Under general direction, plans and facilitates field-based video production work, including the planning, filming, editing, sound mixing, graphic design, and compression output and distribution of a wide range of products, and performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proper filing/documentation/storage of raw and processed files (video/audio)
- Edit raw footage content for producing video with audio based on story sequence and continuity, to ensure the scenes are seamless and flow logically.
- Employ creativity techniques in designing graphics.
- Create text, voiceover text, and other commentaries for the video.
- Review all completed videos to identify any issues and recommend changes as necessary.
- Develop superior skills and expertise in handling computer editing equipment.
- Discuss and collaborate closely with the Video Production Specialist and Video Head about video layouts and editing styles.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia and/or Film
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in video production
- Ability to produce videos both shooting film and editing
- Ability to manage many projects at one time, work cross-functionally
