- Plan and oversee all digital marketing strategies, ensure that the company hits quarterly web traffic, engagement and metric requirements for revenue.
- Implement marketing strategies across a wide variety of marketing channels, including but not limited to (1) digital marketing - social media, online ads, (2) content - video, advertorial, press-releases, (3) outdoor marketing - billboard, (4) tri-media and events - trade shows, car shows, etc.
- Plan and oversee strategies necessary to obtain relevant B2C goals (web traffic growth, onsite user engagement, brand familiarity).
- Plan and oversee strategies necessary to obtain relevant B2B goals (sales growth, customer engagement, customer loyalty, etc.).
- Audit all marketing activities to ensure that all executions comply with the company's style guide and brand persona.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, focused group discussions, and other activities to relay relevant information from stakeholders back to the company.
- Liaise with SEO consultants and other third parties in line with the execution of specific company goals.
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, social media, email, and other campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset, and data-driven thinking.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in marketing.
