About The Real Ramen Nazi Inc.

The Real Ramen Nazi, Inc. operates a popular Japanese ramen bar called Yushoken, located in Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It operates its restaurant with the vision of providing the best Ramen product and experience to the local market. They have a Philosophy of putting the quality of food first before anything else, even if it means sacrificing their profits. This is their belief and commitment as they uphold the high standards themselves. The 52-seat restaurant offers upscale casual dining on a single-level 120-sqm area. Since it opened its doors on December 2012, Yushoken has steadily built a loyal following among Japanese ramen lovers from the affluent communities around Alabang who flock to the limited-seating ramen place for its authentic Japanese dishes and freshly prepared noodles. Elbert Cuenca and Ryan Cruz, who run the day-to-day operations, put up the company on 2012 with friends Sean Andre Sy, Raffy David and Mario Rossi. Yushoken, which translates to “Ramen Champion House”, brings the ambiance of the ramen bars in Japan that are geared towards the experience of enjoying ramen. Hence, the bar curiously has no piped-in music nor television that distract diners from focusing on their ramen experience. Japanese chefs, run Yushoken’s kitchen to exacting standards consistent with the best ramen places in Japan. Cruz, who studied culinary arts at ISCAHM, was inspired by ramen masters he met in Japan - Ramen God Kazuo Yamagishi, his “son” Koji Tashiro, and Hideaki Aoyama – to bring to Manila the authentic ramen experience worthy of the title Ramen Champion from the prestigious annual Ramen Festivals held in Tokyo which the masters consistently win. The company plans to put up more branches in and out of Metro Manila.
