Job Description
We are looking for teammates who love food, and are committed to consistently producing quality food daily. Someone who can run an industrial kitchen with a team of bakers to meet daily production goals, while ensuring food safety and quality.
Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:
- Plans and executes production operations so it reaches optimum efficiency and abide by good manufacturing practices
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to address teams' needs and ensure smooth operations
- Continuously reviews and evaluates process flow to come up with ways on how it can be improved
- Efficiently creates best-in-class products
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Management Engineering, and Nutrition are likely candidates
- Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
- A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
- Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
- Is willing to be assigned to Pasig City and/or other areas
