Job Description
We are looking for leaders who love food and enjoy the creative and scientific process of making good food. Someone who can turn gastronomic ideas into reality, while ensuring food safety and quality, efficient production process, and maximizing resources.
Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:
- Creatively comes up and executes new products or research that support and strengthen the company's goals
- Continuously improves existing products, performs investigations, and finds solutions on quality issues that may arise
- Conducts initial testing of new or alternative materials and equipment to ensure improvements in efficiency, food safety, and quality
- Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through the execution of in-house and practical trainings
- Safeguards necessary documentation of processes with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably graduates from 2004 to 2014 of Business Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, and Nutrition are likely candidates
- Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
- A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
- Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
