Job Description
Warehouse Manager
A trustworthy leader who has integrity and appreciates, understands, and desires to make daily warehouse operations efficient and of consistent quality. Someone who can tie together operations from procurement to warehouse. Someone who can ensure that throughout the process, good manufacturing practices are implemented, and inventory is accounted for.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Plan and execute efficient operations to serve orders promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand operations and the support needed
- Receive and store materials in good condition accurately
- Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community to teach proper process, practices, and proper care and use of materials
- Continuously review and evaluate the warehouse process flow to ensure consistent productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
- Develop, teach, and reinforce the inflow and outflow of materials and products to ensure clear accountabilities and proper handling
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Engineering course, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Statistics
- Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
- Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
- Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
