Training Associate  

We are looking for leaders who understand the value and importance of learning to the success of day to day operational work. Someone who has experience in teaching and is enthusiastic to continuously develop people within the organization.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Coordinates and assists in the preparation, execution, and documentation of training conducted by different teams
• Calibrates with cross-functional teams to proactively assess training needs and effectiveness of training materials and methods
• Innovates training materials and facilitates effective training techniques based on organization needs assessment geared towards continuous development
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through the execution of in-house and practical training
• Provides feedback results to different team heads for personnel assessment result and direction
• Ensures proper and updated documentation of training conducted and assessment results of each personnel
• Maybe part of the Retail and Production teams for more focused execution

• Preferably graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, Education, Legal Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or Communication are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with a strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
