Purchasing Officer  

We are looking for leaders who can carry out successful purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Someone who can deliver operational requirements of different teams in a timely manner, and maintain harmonious business relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Can creatively source, negotiate, and analyze best prices for required materials, equipment, and services within a scheduled time and under a proposed budget
• Executes basic operational functions such as proper coordination, complete and updated documentation, liquidation of expenses, and actual purchase of materials.
• Innovates, implements, and reviews operational systems for efficient and accurate transactions
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to understand operations and the support needed
• Represents the company in maintaining harmonious business relationships with suppliers and service providers while protecting the company's best interests

• Preferably graduates of Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical), Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration, and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, and Chemistry are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has a passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
