Job Description
- Ensuring strict implementation and enforcement of the listing rules and procedures and maintaining the integrity of the Exchange at all times;
- Monitoring and continuing assessment of compliance by listed companies with continuing listing requirements;
- Assisting immediate superior in assessing current listing rules, guidelines and policies, and recommending new and/or revisions to said current rules, guidelines and policies for issuers;
- Fostering professional relationships with representatives of listed companies to encourage compliance with the PSE rules;
- Maintaining effective professional relationships with relevant government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Energy (DOE), Mining and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), to support effective enforcement of PSE rules on listing applicants and listed companies;
- Ensuring attainment of the Department’s annual business plans and budget; and
- Performing ad hoc projects and activities as may be assigned or as the need arises.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent or preferably a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in business/financial analysis, research and feasibility projections/analysis.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Excellent grasps of market activity, business and economic trends and the various business industries.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
