Job Description
- Accepts manpower requisition from other departments.
- Sourcing, pooling of applicants from manpower agencies, job advertisements, referrals, etc., coordination for online job posting, requisition and releasing of payments.
- Conducts initial and exit interviews; evaluation and recommendation to supervisors and managers.
- Schedule interviews with the requisitioning department.
- Attends job fairs.
- End to end process of recruitment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the relate field is required for this position.
- Has extensive experience in recruitment.
- Must be innovative, resourceful, hardworking, systematic, and result oriented.
- Strong analytical and planning skills; good communication and presentation skills; and can handle multi-tasking.

Mrs. Francisca M. Unson is the pioneer and creator of Albergus’ signature dishes. She has singly maneuvered a small household business into one of the most successful food business on the Philippines. Currently, Mrs. Unson has concentrated her knowledge and creativity in the Research and Development department of the company.
