Job Description
Welcoming guests to the events place, making reservations for them and attending to their other needs that are instrumental to their comfort during their stay at the venue.
To ensure that guests experience maximum comfort and satisfaction at the venue without any hitches in order to present a good image of the events place and leave lasting impressions in the minds of visitors.
While the receptionist maintains high level of professionalism in dealing with guests, he or she is very courteous and friendly in order to make guests feel relaxed and at home in the venue.
As the first person whom guests cme in contact with, the role of the receptionist is to give clients a remarkable first impression about the venue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of HRM / Tourism or any related course
- Can do multi tasking
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
