Job Description
- Provides support to the President/ Executive
- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and proceduresSupports administration and management
- Responsible for filing and retrieving confidential company documents, records, and records of board meeting
- Maintains executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings and conferences and seminars local and abroad
- Acts as signatory to all legal corporate documents
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration and Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial and equivalent
- Must be a graduate of top university and/or executive schools with high CGPA and honors
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Pleasing personality
- Can work without supervision
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Can start immediately
- Strictly no walk-in applicants
