Job Description
The Candidate
The Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits Supervisor will have key responsibilities on the following areas: Compensation, Welfare and Benefits; Time keeping and Payroll Administration; Employee Relations; Recruitment Selection and Placement. S/he will ensure proper administration on these areas and ensure employee satisfaction.
Employee Relations
Assist the Corporate Services Director in promoting corporate workplace culture compliant to the company’s Code of Conduct and Policies which may include preparation and serving memos, disciplinary actions, facilitate administrative hearings to resolve simple to complex employee-relations issues.
Compensation, Welfare and Benefits
- Takes charge of the whole spectrum of employee compensation, welfare and benefits administration from government mandated to company sponsored benefits including the development and implementation of health and wellness related programs.
- Keeps track of regular, probationary and agency employee (& agency) movement such as changes in employment status, compensation, transfer etc. and issue corresponding notices.
- Ensures the company’s compliance with all laws & regulations related to Occupational and Health Regulation
Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
Responsible in the administration of timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy in salary computation and timely receipt of employees compensation.
Recruitment Selection and Placement
Assist in sourcing competent candidates to fill needed positions of the company which includes all related qualifying, hiring and onboarding processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Or at least minimum of 5 years solid experience in HR subprocesses such as Timekeeping and Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Occupational Safety and Health, and in-depth understanding of labor laws.
At least 2 Year(s) in supervisory capacity is required for this position.
