Job Description
Responsibilities:
To lead a team in building and maintaining financial applications and platforms used in the business. Can adapt different technologies effectively for the business purpose.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience with software design and development (DB design, Software Design)
- 7+ Working experience with the software development process
- Full-Stack Developer
- Has software lead and or project management experience
- Experience with requirements gathering and converting to system design
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Very high understanding of object-oriented development techniques and theories
- Experience with mobile, web platform design and development
- Experience with web/mobile API integration
- Experience with QA automation and QA process
- Experience with system/application maintenance (Version management, Bug Reporting and Resolution, etc.) Experience with developing on IDE frameworks (Eclipse, Workbench, etc)
- Experience with finance app integration (payment gateways)
- Experience with ERP programming and or development
- Experience with C/C++, embedded development
Preferred Courses
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology

Established in 1991, The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation (TGLFC) is an SEC-licensed financing company offering pension loan solutions to retirees of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), & Social Security System (SSS). As of December 2017, its loan portfolio was at PHP 1.15 Billion from over 8,000 AFP and SSS borrowers. It currently operates 7 branches located in Manila, Dagupan, Tarlac, Lipa, Naga, Iloilo, and Cebu.
As part of its mission to service even more Filipinos, TGLFC is currently expanding its product suite and has recently launched its first non-pension loan product under its Salary Loan Program.
