Marketing Manager  

The Marketing Manager is a unique and exciting position that will shape how marketing and business is conducted in digital age. He/She will take the lead in all digital solutions that will help our customers connect instantly and seamlessly with us.

Job Summary

• Develops and executes the Company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the Company’s marketing message.
• Establishes and manages the Company’s social media and online interactions with customers through online marketing, social media engagement, and other digital channels and materials.
• Develops strategies and tactics to make the company known and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Produces valuable and engaging content for our website and other digital platforms that attracts and converts our target audience

A. Marketing Communications

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Writing copy and producing material for all marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, banners, letters, emails and websites.
• Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each
• Take the lead in conducting competitor analysis such as demographics, pricing, marketing strategies, presentation and promotion new products.

B. Online & Social Media Marketing

• Engaging with customers through the use of online tools and social media, including the Company’s corporate website, and ensuring that the approaches to these media are relevant and appropriate
• Keeping up to date with advances in online and social media technology and their impact on the Company’s overall branding and marketing strategy.
• Establishing and maintaining the Company’s and its branches’ presence in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation and execution.
• Working with various groups and departments within the Company to maximize the use of online tools and social media to drive sales production and operational efficiency
• Identify trends and insights across the industry in various online tools and social media partners.

C. Marketing Administration

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across all channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate audience.
• Knowledge of website analytic tools like Google Analytics. Preferably familiar with other analytics tools such as NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends
• Comfortable with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
