Job Description
- Reports directly to Managing Director
- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
- Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the Code of Conduct and Labor Law
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer major complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Control, monitor and maintain or bring food cost to its lowest possible percentage.
- Minimize wastages
- Meets financial goals and objectives to reach or exceed the monthly target sales
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive.
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations.
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.
- Monitor safety, security, healthy operations and initiate corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interpret and Disseminate Information - able to communicate with staff and management issues regarding possible restaurant improvement.
- Kitchen Functions - ability to perform duties with deliberate speed, accuracy and efficiency, to include efficient scheduling and coordination with all concerned.
- Driven to meet or exceed consumer expectations.
- English Language – knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including meaning and spelling of words, rule of composition and grammar.
- Computer Literate – able to produce simple excel and word files.
- Deductive Reasoning – the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
- Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of the alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Located at Aguirre Avenue in Paranaque, the heart of a well-known food hub in Metro Manila, our concept was to create a laid back man-cave where diners can focus on our freshly cooked patties, ones that are all about the flavor. Taste it and then, “Forget about it!”
