Job Description
- Facilitate product visions, by researching, conceiving, gathering, and documenting requirements
- Create, design, and deliver user stories, user journeys, processes that lead to intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Take a user-centered product development approach, data-driven or other approaches to deliver the product roadmap that enhances user experience
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business owners, and other stakeholders to create and deliver user stories, user journeys, and user processes
- Collaborate with IT team to define and implement innovative solutions to ensure releases of high quality and excellent user experience
- Collaborate with UX specialist to analyze user feedback, activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate, from Computer Science or related major
- Have 3-4 years of experience as a product owner/business analyst
- Good analytical skills to understand customers and business needs
- Familiar with agile development
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
