Job Description
- Handles customer inquiries in International branch regarding Sales Order processing, Promos & Packages offers, Product & Company Update, etc.
- Assists clients on system's Technical Issues/concerns
- Validates and analyzes request and concern submitted by customers
- Investigates special tasks and issues
- Coordinates and works hand-in-hand with International Operations department
- Performs some administrative tasks as assigned by the IO Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly Technical & Analytical
- Amenable to work on a night shift (3pm-12mn)
