Job Description

  • Handles customer inquiries in International branch regarding Sales Order processing, Promos & Packages offers, Product & Company Update, etc.
  • Assists clients on system's Technical Issues/concerns
  • Validates and analyzes request and concern submitted by customers
  • Investigates special tasks and issues
  • Coordinates and works hand-in-hand with International Operations department
  • Performs some administrative tasks as assigned by the IO Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly Technical & Analytical
  • Amenable to work on a night shift (3pm-12mn)
