Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor is in charge of the following:
- Customer Relations
- Shift Management
- Cash Management
- People Management
- Inventory Management
- Scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of related work experience as a Supervisor or a Team Leader in a full scale restaurant.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and people management skills.
