- Direct and manage all Business Unit resources to successfully deliver results in Quantity, Cost, Safety, Delivery and employee Morale
- Uses CI techniques (eg Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, QSB) to maximize productivity and effectiveness
- Develop high performing work teams to meet changing needs of the business
- Interfaces and communicates directly with customers on Business Development, Contract Requirements, Performance Reviews and other business related matters
- Identifies new business opportunities and secures necessary resources to realize them
- effectively manage Ops budget, Planning, and relative Maintenance Planning
- Responsible for the development of Operations Personnel through effective training, succession planning, performance reviews and accountability
- Ensures effective communications and relationships are developed and/or maintained with Corporate functions including Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales.
- Develops and implements both short-term and long-term plans to align with plant vision and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Economics, or Finance graduate
- 10 years of cross-functional experience in Manufacturing, Engineering (preferably based in a semiconductor or electronics production plant)
- Relevant experience managing people/ projects in a multi-site manufacturing environment with >500 headcount
- Superior Time Management, Prioritization and Budget Management Skills
- Familiar with ISO9001 / 14001 / 18001 / TS16949. Labor standards. Environmental Regulations and other manufacturing related requirements highly preferred
- Willing to be assigned in Baguio or Angeles, Pampanga
