- Recommends, organizes and coordinates implementation of employee services program and recreational activities that will provide new learning for the employyes and will promote harmonious relationship between management and employees
- Oversee the smooth implementation of each programto ensure maximum participation among employees and to encourage camaraderie and team spirit
- Develops Employee Relation Program to develop high morale among employees.
- Acts as liaison officer with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and/or National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and other related government agencies pertaining to employment
- Conducts orientation/training on due process of law and handling of disciplinary action which is necessary for educating the first line supervisor in order to observe uniform implementation of the Code of Discipline and due process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S Psychology, Behavioral Science or any relevant discipline
- With 2 years experience as HR Supervisor in Employee Relations (ER) related functions
- Result-oriented, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
- With 2 years experience as HR Supervisor in ER-related functions
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
