Job Description
- Manage purchase orders
- Assists in the development and validation of new suppliers and/or products.
- Works closely with sales team leaders to ensure that store requests such as replenishment are met on a timely basis.
- Identifies customer demands, market trends and financial budgets for the items or products.
- Approves and participates in the negotiation of Purchase Orders, Supply, System, Receiving, Returns and Contracts.
- Organizes and issues required status reports to management outlining performance vs. targets.
- Monitors stock levels based on forecasts.
- Monitor slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration/ Management, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or any related course
- Preferably 1-2 year experienced employee in retail merchandising/purchasing.
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Good at brand/inventory management and performance analysis
