Multimedia Graphic Designer  

• Develop and maintain Tesoros’ visual identity, design style guide, and associated guidelines
• Contribute to the creation of new creative concepts and designs that support the business and marketing objectives of Tesoros.
• Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, and online effects for Tesoros.
• Plan, design, and produce print collaterals including brochures, advertisements, posters, flyers, logos, e-mailers, show window backdrops, shelf talkers, packaging, etc.

• Work and coordinate with print and other production suppliers to ensure that collaterals are produced or manufactured following agreed standards of quality while ensuring value for money.
• Use digital design skills to drive the ongoing development of Tesoros’ website, social media channels and other digital formats.
• Design across all digital assets such as website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media content, and other digital media formats.
• Create a system that will strengthen in-house capability to produce videos and images to be used in the development of branding and marketing collaterals.
• Lead the conceptualization, styling, and production of videos and images, and coordinate with suppliers and partners as necessary.
• Create and maintain Tesoros’ visual media library ensuring easy retrieval when sourcing images or other multimedia formats.

Preference will be given to those with relevant BA degrees:

• Multimedia Arts and related disciplines
• Fine Arts
• Advertising
• Mass Communication
• Marketing

Other entry requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of design applications – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – and of new media and film production applications.
• Digital design.
• Awareness of policies relating to data protection, copyright, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights.
