Marketing Associate  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates Design and Marketing content.
• Assist the Marketing Head in the following:
  • Sales promotions implementation.
  • POSM preparation.
  • Sales figures analysis.
  • Promotion reports
• Assist the Marketing Head in all the events printing materials, POSM, and sample bottles preparation.
• Update the following in the winery:
  • Information
  • Labels
  • Bottle shots
  • Pictures
  • Vintages
  • Ratings
  • Tasting notes
• Become an active member of the creation of Terry’s Catalogue & Price Lists for both Food and Wine items.
• Participate in increasing Terry’s online presence with increased use of Facebook, Instagram, Terry’s website, and online stores.
• Work closely with team members, other departments, and other office members for particular tasks.
• Coordinate with the different units on the execution of the marketing programs.
• Provide administrative work on marketing programs.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• At least a graduate of a business degree, preferably with a Major in Marketing.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Intermediate to advance in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Basic video editing knowledge / skills.
• Communicates effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Requires excellent influencing skills.
  • Blogging experience is a plus.
• Takes responsibility and pride in completing commitments and solving challenges
• Ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing entrepreneurial environment and market conditions.
