Job Description
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department;
- Ensure that all financial reports are submitted on time
- Prepare annual budget, analyze variances and improve accounting processes
- Monitor company expenses and revenues
- Handle taxation reports
- Ensure that record books are updated and are in compliance with BIR's regulations
- Prepare bank related reports
- Sees to it that all accounting procedures and guidelines are followed
- Perform others tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- With at least 5 years of related work experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Knowledgeable about various accounting principles and related laws
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attentive to details and accurate
- Willing to be assigned in a sister company
- Amenable to work in Makati City
