Job Description
Website Design
- Determines the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
- Liaises with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed and
- Oversees and manages all online activities
- Develops and affiliates marketing programs
- Creates and maintains online business plan
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email Marketing
Research and Development
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world.
- Researches the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
Project Development and Presentation
- Liaise directly with upper management and present their plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales.
- Provides analytical reports of online stores
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or Internet Marketing Behavioral Science or Business Administration or any major related
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience in E commerce, Advertising Technology and Marketing, Online presence in a managerial capacity
- In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software, SEO
- Uses Adobe Photoshop, Design UX. Dreamweaver, Google Analytics
- With high level of organized, strong technical skills, strategic thinking, analytic skills, decision making and business acumen
- With strong leadership skills and people management skills
- Effective reporting and presentation skills.
