Job Description
System
- Maintains office and/or production software, adjunct support and/or utility software, i.e. Virus malware protection, office application suites and/or application software.
- Attends / monitor department and user system requirements
- Secure all data and system with outmost confidentiality.
- Assist on daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Assist on data center environmental and monitoring equipment
- Maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Help in implementing new project.
- Level 1 support of the following systems
- Retail Pro POS System
- Qlikview/QlikSense
- Microsoft Navision
- Barcode system
- DTR System
Database
- Monitoring and executing of database back-up
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. Computer Science, B.S. Information Technology or Computer Engineer
- Must be in advance computer literate; Knowledgeable in OS based Windows/Mac.
- With minimum of at least 2 years in database administration experience/knowledge on the following:
- MS SQL
- Crystal reports
- MS Access
- Windows OS environment
- RPRO
- POS, Inventory and Accounting system knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage.
