Job Description
- Review all customer and vendor accounts; identify all collection and payment issues and assist in appropriate resolution
- Monitor and reconcile all over age accounts
- Maintain and prepare reports of Customer and Vendor ledger accouts and analyze variances
- Prepare and analyze monthly AR and AP Aging reports
- Ensures sufficiency of all required period reversals, adjustments and month-end accruals
- Maintenance of subsidiary ledgers for all nanaged payable, receivable and accrued accounts and advances to/from affiliate accounts, updating the same on a regular basis, to include annual reviews geared towards the identification and disposition of long outstanding payables and receivables, subject to approval
- Responsible for completeness and accuracy of monthly accruals and analysis
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction
- Performs other tasks assigned periodically
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Strong Analytical Skill, Detail-Oriented, Strong Leadership Skill, Time Management
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
