Job Description
- He/she will coordinate with external partners to get all the needed requirements and create necessary feasibility studies to determine profitability.
- Will be in-charge of finding liquidation and corporate events to manage the stock levels of the company. Aside from these functions, she will be in-charge of acquiring B2B partnershipsto ensure year on year growth by offering Havaianas to different businesses.
- Maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring initiatives and programs of Local competitors

Reviews and analyzes data on sales performance, operational efficiency and store profitability, market trends and competitor activities and comes up with viable recommendations within the first year of operations for newly opened stores.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Political Science, Liberal Arts courses
- Minimum of 3 years in handling and managing retail operations.
- With outstanding knack in retail management and strong background in visual merchandising
- Results driven and with good decision making skills
- With good business acumen. Hands-on approach to business, flexible and highly strategic
- Effective oral and written communications skill.
- A team player with minimal supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Outgoing, creative, proactive. With good negotiation skills
- Proficient in computer and preferably with understanding of SAP
