Job Description
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. The Business Development Assistant ensures that all documents needed by the Business Development team are in-order. He/she will be in-charge of organizing Lease Offers, Award Notices, Blow-up plans and selling event partnership agreements. Apart from this, he/she will also monitor lease contract expirations and see to it that all construction bonds of finished projects are refunded within a month after finishing all punch lists.
Business Development
- Prepares all requirements needed to enter new doors
- Manage the database of all partners
- Monitor all active contracts for expiration
- Ensure that construction bonds are refunded on time
- Prepare correspondence regarding rental negotiation, lease commencement deferment and proposals to different partners
Sales Management
- Prepare sales figures for selling events and liquidation activities and provide updates vs target
- Coordinate with internal departments for liquidation inventory
Administrative
- Organize all contracts and lease offers for easy reference
- Prepare a summary of all active projects being done by Business Development and conduct follow-ups to the different team members if there is no movement happening in their projects
- Coordinates with property management concerns that includes contract renewal, rent escalation negotiation and monitoring to Admin Department
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce and Marketing courses
- Fresh graduate to at least 1 year in retail operations
- Results driven and with good decision making skills
- With good business acumen. Hands-on approach to business, flexible and highly strategic
- Effective oral and written communications skill.
- A team player with minimal supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Outgoing, creative, proactive. With good negotiation skills
