Job Description
- Responsible for meticulously managing customers' online experience, including fulfilling and ensuring that orders are dispatched on time.
- To process the fulfillment of orders received from the online stores by creating necessary documents for orders to be shipped out to customers, ensuring that all details needed for fulfillment are accurate.
- Ensure that orders are processed on time and that customer concerns are addressed and resolved immediately.
- Monitors the performance and requirements of the online stores and implementing initiatives to sustain momentum and increase sales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in E-commerce/Account Management, Store/Retail Operations or equivalent.
- Experienced in eCommerce/online shopping using different platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
- Excellent analytical, process development/improvement, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to deal with customer inquiries on own initiative, responding to queries and concerns in a constructive and prompt manner.
- Displays accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be committed, enthusiastic, reliable, dependable and flexible.
- Happy, extroverted personality who can be assertive when necessary.
- Must be willing to roll up his/her sleeves and become directly involved in all aspects of the business.
