Job Description
- To oversee the Technical, Systems, and Network in enforcing organizational standards
- Attends / monitors department and user technical requirements
- Coordinates and monitors all technical details to the outsourced developers and providers all technical/system project development and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Level 2 support of the following systems: Retail Pro POS System, Qlikview/Qliksense, Microsoft Navision, SAP, SM Trade Portal, Query reports using MS Access, Crystal Reports and SQL database
- Monitor network/telephone communication’s performance and security
- Provide and coordinate to users and vendors re technical/system issues and concerns
- Checks server availability and database back-up credibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in Supervisory role as a Technical/System Administrator
- Experience in RETAIL INDUSTRY is an ADVANTAGE
- Able to lead a team and can make sound decisions
- Required Skill(s): Rpro, POS, Troubleshooting, SAP, Isys, Microsoft Navision, SQL, Leadership etc.
- Knowledgeable in OS based Windows/Mac and Network management
- Proficient in database administration experience/knowledge on the following:
- MS SQL
- Windows OS environment
- SAP, Inventory and Accounting system knowledge is an advantage
