Job Description
- Analyzes data, information, and trends related for process improvement in the company;
- Organizes and conducts surveys, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and other data gathering works if necessary;
- Creates detailed report of findings;
- Presents to the management about findings of research;
- Recommends forwarding actions to the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder of Business-related course;
- 1-2 years of experience on the same field;
- Fluent in Nihonggo, preferrably JLPT passer;
- Preferrably has background in Accounting / Finance;
- Fast-learner and can work with minimal supervision.
