Job Description
- Manages project schedule to ensure deliverables are met on time and ensure that the process is followed correctly
- Strategically plans and monitors the quality of products and recommends possible improvements to the process and workflow as necessary
- Recommends ways to increase or improve quality of the products and services that is aligned with ISO Standards
- Ensures that QA reports are valid and reliable and prepares a comprehensive report to management on a regular basis
- Assists in providing management with data or reports that specifies and compares factors affecting pricing and profitability of products and services
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in managing QA/DCC/ISO Department
- Has actual work experience in an ISO accredited industry
- Very resourceful and stays current with QA best practices, testing concepts and techniques
- Excellent coordination, scheduling and organizational skills
