Job Description
- Assists in Compensation and Benefits tasks;
- Consolidates timekeeping and other necessary documents for payroll;
- Answers queries of employees regarding benefits and payroll-related matters;
- Spearheads end-to-end recruitment activities when necessary;
- Assists in Administrative-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or other Social Science-related or Business-related courses.
- Preferably has at least 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in HR.
- Has above average verbal and written communication skills and great people skills.
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
- Can work under pressure, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
