Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and expanding our market presence in the enterprise segment. Your ability to build strong relationships with key clients and deliver exceptional results will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the enterprise segment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team and monitor their progress.
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, industry events, and cold-calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to understand their business needs and position our products/services effectively.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions and address client pain points.
- Conduct negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring terms are favorable for both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Provide insights from the field to help refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status for management review.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
