Job Description
We are looking for Operations Associate!
TendoPay is a Fintech startup aiming to revolutionize online payments and trigger another growth stage for the local e-commerce market. We are bringing "buy now pay later" concept to the Philippines, thanks to which vast unbanked sector will be finally able to purchase goods online and pay for then in convenient installments.
- You will be responsible for helping in several areas of the business like customer service, marketing, and administration.
- Working closely with the management team on establishing different processes and helping to build the company culture. Collecting and analysing different data sets.
- If you want to work in the international environment, support management team in designing and implementing business processes and then executing them yourself feel free to apply.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Highly trustworthy and extremely organized.
- Passionate about building lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer experience.
