Head of Collections  

TendoPay is seeking a Head of Collections, who will work closely with the Management Team on designing and implementing an efficient collection process. In the initial phase candidate will directly engage in consumer collections operations by reaching out to the customers, yet the main goal will be to recruit and build a top notch collections team. Head of Collections will actively work with other company functions (strategy, marketing) on several creative projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a fast and efficient collection process
• Actively look for measures minimizing past due accounts and implement them into the process
• Constantly review and improve policies
• Manage accounts on day to day basis: call Customers and inform them regarding their instalment plan and repayment options; explain and communicate benefits of repayment and credit history to customers; clarify any misunderstanding regarding product’s terms and conditions; establish good relationships with customers, negotiate and offer alternative repayment plan in case of non payment; educate customers on consequences of the late payments; call customers with overdue accounts
• Engage in creative cross-function projects (strategy, marketing, sales etc.)
• Build a world class collections teams by actively seeking appropriate candidate, conduct interviews and oversee recruitment process
• Lead and Manage TendoPay’s Collections Team.

• At least 2 years of experience in B2C (Consumer Lending) collections
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Quick-Learner, creative, strong focus on personal development
