Job Description

TeleTech is on the search for Inbound Sales Representatives to proactively create meaningful connections with our team in Cebu City.'

What your typical day will consist of:

· Work in highly measured sales environment - contact rate and conversions

· Generate sales by managing and processing high volume of inbound sales calls and provide the requested information, including product and service material, deals and promotions

· Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client’s requirements

· Facilitate client requirements with preparing all new contracts, service agreements and/or sales for the same

· Conduct proactive consultative analysis to new and existing customers

· Perform all follow up for outbound calls and consistently ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

What you’ll need to qualify:

· Completed at least 2 years of college

· Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with typing speed of 40 WPM

· 3 years or more of sales experience

· Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objections

· Experience in SFDC and Other CRM platform is an advantage
