Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and support for queries and issues
• Resolve problems to the client’s satisfaction
• Identify and interpret client needs and determines appropriate action
• Provide professional customer service skills such as positive language, communication skills, problem solving skills, flexibility and obsessive attention to detail

Requirements:
• 18 years old and above
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree
• Good English communication skills
• Should be willing to work on morning shifts
• Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
