Job Description
- Respond to inbound customer service concerns
- Handle various concerns about healthcare
- Full-Time Online Service Specialist for US Market
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Minimum Qualifications
- Active PH RN license
- Must be tech savvy
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in both spoken and written English
- No call center experience required but is an advantage
- Willing to work in a BPO Setting
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- Willing to work on ashifting schedule
