Job Description
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- 3 - 5 years in an account management and/or sales capacity
- Strong ability to cross-function processes and relationships
- Excellent collaborative approach to leadership and the ability to manage diverse client targets
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
- Must be goal - oriented and must have strong desire to close deals
Minimum Qualifications
- Handle outbound calls to potential prospects / leads
- Create relationships with clients to ensure costumer loyalty
- Will handle sales of online paid advertisements to small - medium enterprises in the US
- Will need to have strong desire to work with a team to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Will work on a graveyard shift 10PM - 7AM
- Will work in a BPO set-up
- Will work in Uptown BGC
