Language Trainer | (for pooling)  

Position Overview

• Responsible for the implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with Recruitment Team to identify list of applicants/trainees to be endorsed for near hire Training or for Employment
• Conducts and facilitates weekly training program to enhance the use of the English language for both verbal and written communication
• Administers testing needed for completion of Training
• Generates Reports based on Training conducted
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are appropriately needed to address business needs.
• Utilizes and maximize training resources properly and efficiently.
• Attends meetings and activities, on-site and/or off-site, deemed necessary by the Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree from any field; or At least a college undergraduate
• At least 6 months’ experience in training delivery in BPO
• BPO experience is a plus (not required)
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
