Job Description
- Respond to customer technical services and support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding IT related issues, software issues: emails, web browsers, network connectivity, LAN, wifi, etc.
- Will also have to deal with concerns on hardware such as printers, peripherals: keyboard, mouse, etc.
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Minimum Qualifications
- Must qualify in any of the following categories:
- Graduate of any course but with 2yrs of IT Helpdesk experience
- Grad of IT/Computer related course with 6 months of BPO experience
- Grad of IT/Computer related course with no experience
- Non-Grad but has 6 months of TSR experience
- Willing to work in Pasig City
- Amenable to working in a BPO Setting
- Williing to work in shifting schedule
