Job Description
- Handle inbound customer service concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding financial transactions.
- Handle any: fraud/billing or collection queries and issues.
- Resolve issues effectively using proper instructions and techniques.
- Provide excellent services using available tools and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills;
- College Graduates are welcome to apply(Any course will do);
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills;
- Experience not required but is an advantage (Preferably experience in CSR Account);
- Willing to work in a BPO company;
- Willing to start ASAP;
- Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days.
