Job Description
- Respond to inbound technical support concerns.
- Handle concerns regarding IT services and products.
- Deal with issues on cookies, cache etc.
- Also handle operating system concerns in phone, devices, and gadgets.
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Average to good English communication skills;
- Graduate/Undergraduate of any course, preferably in I.T;
- At least 1-year or more of technical support experience;
- Required to have in-depth experience in providing technical support;
- Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable;
- Preferably with chat/email support experience;
- IT/Tech experience is not limited to the BPO industry;
- No IT certifications needed;
- Must actively use the outlook mobile app;
- Email/chat support with minimal voice component;
- Open to various shifts influenced by current business needs;
- Can type 50 wpm;
- Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals);
- Knowledgeable of IE technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)
- High-level knowledge of email (outlook Hotmail, yahoo, Gmail and AOL;
- Can Start ASAP;
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedules;
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
