Job Description
- Respond to inbound technical support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding hardware and software issues, from printer problems to internet browser / connection problems, MS Outlook problems, etc
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Minimum Qualifications
- A Graduate of any IT/Computer
- Related Course with at least 6 months TSR Helpdesk Experience OR B. Graduate of ANY course with solid 2 years of TSR Experience
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work in a BPO company
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work in Pasig Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days
