Accounting In-charge  

The overall role of the Accounting In-charge is to ensure that financial recording reliability and compliance with Company Policy, Generally Accepted Accounting Principle and External Regulatory Bodies are strictly observed.

Duties and responsibilities of shall include but not limited to the following:

• Verify daily request for payment, check vouchers, official receipt vouchers and sales invoice prior to release to ensure recording reliability of the transaction.
• Provide support to ensure that all transactions are correctly and completely posted to the accounting system.
• Process and coordinate loan application and loan payments.
• Process and coordinate payment of importation.
• Authorized signatory of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source to be released to suppliers.
• Prepare quarterly costing reports specifically office supplies, manufacturing supplies and spare parts.
• Prepare quarterly accrual report.
• Prepare assigned balance sheet analysis.

• Graduate of BSA Major in Accountancy
• With minimum 2 years experience in accounting division
• Thorough knowledge on principles and practices of financial record keeping as they relate to the accounts payable and receivable function
• With knowledge in Fixed Assets and Inventory reports
• Excellent organizational skills
• Pro-active attitude with regard to possible improvements to administration
• Ability to prepare analysis and costing reports
